perfect central stay with fine views and great food

I loved the short walk to the Matterhorn and how close the delicious Swiss Chalet was for quick meals. The room had a fantastic view, great experience overall!

The hotel was relaxing and clean, it had good wi-fi, its location was amazing on the attractions of the area. Location: the venue was close enough to the train station and the Gornergrat Bahn in the older part of the village.

The location of schweizerhof zermatt is ideal, only a 2-minute walk from the train station and close to the gornagrat bahn. Our attica suite was beautifully furnished with a lovely view of the matterhorn. The staff were really nice, accommodating our special requests seamlessly. Having free access to the hotel's wellness area was a fantastic bonus.

The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly and professional.

It was very noisy at night with people singing and shouting on the street at 2 AM and 4 AM and slamming doors and making noise in the corridor.

The hotel was fairly large and facilities were great, it had magnificent and incredible location so close to the railway station and Gornegrat Bahn and the Schweizerhof as most other equivalent hotels higher up in the Trip Advisor ratings and the ski lifts / gondolas.

The wellness area was a highlight, with a relaxing escape after a long day of meetings. The hotel's central location made it convenient for both business and leisure activities.

The service was excellent and the staff provided us with surprise room upgrades. The spa area was outstanding. Nice local cuisine restaurant on site. Good breakfast buffet.

It was recently refurbished, lovely modern and with mountain view. The location was perfect and magnificent for walking around a unique museum. This hotel was located in a very nice area. An outdoor restaurant was really nice!

Zermatt is a culinary pearl, and I found my treasure at the Schweizerhof! The nearby Derby and Walliserkanne had traditional Swiss dishes that blew me away, especially the fondue! Plus, the hotel facilities were great, with a fantastic pool and wellness area to unwind after a busy day exploring.

Ah, the dining scene downstairs was slightly bumpy.

The hotel is cheated me and deceive me because I saw a fantastic picture on booking website for the studios in this hotel and because of that I decided to book a studio but unfortunately when I arrived there I found a prety small room and is not like the pictures of the studio on the hotel website .

Yes .... When I found the studio is prety small I printed out the picture of the studio from the hotel website and went to the staff and told them there is big difference between the picture of the studio on the hotel website and the real studio when I stayed there and the manager of the staff told me that Iam right and there is really big difference between them and because of that I asked him to canceal the third night of my staying there but he ignore me and did not respond to me ...he is really rude and because of him I will not go there for ever .Anyway the hotel is deceive me and cheated me and it was bad experience with it .
